FULLY AUTOMATED CUTTING – PATENTED

The new generation of the Variobend cutting device is characterized by its automation. This is the first cutting device that adjusts fully automatically to the selected material. Cutting gap and overlap adjustment are set fully automatically in less than 1 second. Based on the bending thickness, the cutting device processes up to 2.50 mm steel. In addition, the new positioning of the cutting rail allows even more space for flashings.

The newly developed E-Drive guarantee maximum positioning and repeat accuracy. The simultaneous control of several axes increases the efficiency of the V2.5 significantly and ensures short production cycles.
