The DIGITAL MINI RING ROLLER aims at ring rolling small-sized metal pipes, sections, and flat bars and it is the only one in the field. It performs changeable radii and makes serpentines even with very tight diameter thanks to the three dragging rollers. The material dragging is carried out by a geared motor. The PCB controls the ring rolling times and the running directions.
It is composed of a geared motor which operates two parallel shafts and of an adjustable shaft by a handwheel. All the three rollers perform the dragging of the section and of the pipe to work. It is possible to use the machine both vertically and horizontally.
No. 3 universal rollers are included in the standard supply to ring roll flat bars and sections.
