Jorns double-flag bending machines consist of a load-bearing frame designed for leveling and fixing where the uprights and bend cylinder support arms are welded and stabilized. The robust carpentry of the arms is synonymous with bending precision. The drive takes place via a modern hybrid hydraulic unit managed by brushless motors.
Important features such as: proportional speed control, upper folding blade with preload protection against electrical overloads hydraulic cylinders with limit switch cushioning automatic shut-off valves have been part of our standard equipment for a long time.
