Roll Forming PRO System manufactured by Gasparini for the production of High Frequency Welded Uprights for supermarket shelves. Our machine features a quick roll forming stands change interchangeable system. The line integrates various technologies to manufacture the profile, including the sheet metal joining system to reduce downtime, a flexible punching system, high frequency welding system and CNC flying cut-off system. The material used is hot rolled pickled sheet metal with calamine and the productivity is reached by up to 9,5 pcs/min using a coil thickness of 1,5 ÷ 2,0 mm / 0,059ʺ ÷ 0,079ʺ. Pay attention: guards and safety barriers have been removed for viewing. All dispositive must be in place for safe operation.
