This flexible Roll Forming PRO TWIN System manufactures C and U structural profiles required by the construction field. The solution combines our roll forming systems PRO and TWIN with a flying cutting system, allowing flexibility and versatility. The line produces C and U profiles which can vary in size and are characterized by greater thickness. The system can process different types of material, such as galvanized and pickled steel that reaches up to 4,0 mm thickness with a productivity up to 12 pcs/min. These features allow more frequent and rapid product changes for shorter batches, with no downtime. The system management is driven directly by our supervisor PC to monitor production and performance. To obtain a complete line to produce C and U profiles, Gasparini forming technology can be integrated with punching systems, clinching, welding, bending, folding, cutting, discharging and handling.
