Let’s start by aligning the photocells: The first thing to do is to adjust the height of the photocell using the millimeter line. Then, check the height of the punch. It’s shown on the label or on the numerical control display; If needed, adjust the height of both arms of the photocelles using the millimeter line. Iris Plus photocells model allow you to test the correct alignment by pressing the “Test” button The check is underway when sensors are blinking. When lights turned off, except for the power light, the alignement check is successfully completed. How do you remove a punch without losing the alignment of the photocells? Instead of using the adjustment handle, use the mechanical pin, which allows you to place the photocell in park position.
