Gasparini reaction to COVID-19 As company, first of all we must take care of everyone's health and safety, preserving the work and business activity. The whole company organization has been reorganized, nothing has been left to chance. It was not easy at the beginning to think a different way of working but the emergency pushed everyone, managers and workers, to be available and responsible in a very short time to afford the new situation. In a few days we activated smart-working for all the office staff. There are still many limitations as it should be, but the employees quickly adapted with a great sense of collaboration. This hard moment will bring us a useful lesson to improve the way of working. The sense of belonging of our employees to their company is the real plus value
