Roll Forming PRO System for manufacturing pallet racking uprigths in industrial shelving. The material processed is galvanized, pickled and black steel with calamine. The machine manufactures different sections and sizes’ profiles thanks to Gasparini flexible roll forming system. Profiles feature a thickness up to 125 mm and a productivity up to 20 meters per minute. The solution includes: - Roll forming PRO system; - Blanking and forming equipment optimized for different material sections and thicknesses; - High performance punching system with mechanical press and adjustable dynamic die.
