Unità di Foratura e Testa a Cianfrinare mod. Steel Max

La Steel Max con accessori come la Testa a Cianfrinare e la Foratrice Satellitare, consente di ottenere dalla lamiera un pezzo sia cianfrinato, forato che filettato con un notevole risparmio sui tempi e quindi sui costi di produzione. L’Unità di Foratura e Filettatura installata sulla macchina di taglio al plasma Hpm, permette di eseguire varie lavorazioni come foratura, svasatura e filettatura. Il mod. Steel Max è stato costruito con un carro in struttura particolarmente robusta per supportare le pressioni sulla lamiera degli utensili in fase di foratura e filettatura senza flessioni e spostamenti indesiderati. La Testa a Cianfrinare è un utensile a rotazione illimitata che permette di raggiungere inclinazioni fino a +/- 45° e dispone di regolazione automatica dell’angolo di inclinazione. Grazie a questi movimenti, il taglio che si andrà ad ottenere sarà netto, preciso e pulito, garantendo così un’ottima qualità del pezzo finale. / With the Steel Max model, thanks to tools such as the Bevel Head and the Drilling and Tapping Head, it is possible to get from the sheet metal a bevelled, drilled and threaded piece, with a considerable saving in time and therefore in production costs. Thanks to the Drilling and Tapping Unit installed on the HPm plasma cutting machine, it is possible to perform various processes, such as drilling, thread-cutting, boring, milling-cutting. Steel Max model is manufactured with a heavy duty crossbeam able to withstand the tool pressures on the sheet, during drilling and threading, without bending and unwanted displacements. The Bevel Head is a tool with unlimited rotation that can reach an inclination up to approx. 45° and it is provided with a self adjustment of the angle of inclination. Thanks to these movements it is possible to obtain a clean and precise cut, thus ensuring a high quality of the final piece.
