Manufacturer of customized and standard hydraulic presses, Omera has consolidated its position in the market with the recent acquisition of GIGANT, the historic Italian brand for hydraulic presses. A 200-ton double column hydraulic press will be presented at Lamiera 2023. With a range that starts from the "C-frame" up to the "H-frame" models with composite structure, Omera offers the possibility of customizing the hydraulic systems and optimizing the drawing processes with the addition of numerous options including active eccentric load balancing and differential cushion management. All molding parameters are controlled with retro-operated systems and can be viewed and recorded, downloaded and shared. The movements can also be made with independent power sources in order to allow significant reductions in cycle times. Finally, the possibility of managing the installed power allows to obtain substantial energy savings, maintaining the same productivity.
