MiniMES 5.0 and Smart Glasses at MECSPE: the International Exhibition for Manufacturing Industry.

Through augmented reality systems such as Smart Glasses we can make the operator an integral part of the production system and this allows the operator to carry out, for example, quality control directly on the machine. This happens simply by wearing Smart Glasses and in this way the operator sees in the viewer exactly what is seen on the screen. So he can check the machine operation through the sensors or perform the actual measurement of the piece directly in the machine completely hands-free, like this: external diameter, three, zero, point, three, save. This measurement is then automatically taken, saved and sent to the MiniMES 5.0 system designed by us specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises and in real time, the data is then taken and saved directly on the platform and visible from any location on the company network.
